Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, is a popular destination for property buyers. It is located on the southwest coast of Mallorca and has a population of over 400,000 people. Santa Ponsa

Santa Ponsa is amongst one of the most popular areas located on the Southwest coast of Mallorca and is also one of our favourite locations. It has a surface area of 4.941 km² and is known for its beautiful beaches, lively atmosphere all year round, easy access to all local amenities and excellent restaurants. In addition, Santa Ponsa has many popular restaurants serving traditional Spanish cuisine, as well as international dishes. Some of the most highly recommended restaurants in Santa Ponsa include “El Jardin de Jade,” “Sa Fonda,” “La Parada del Mar,” and “The Royal Garden.” Santa Ponsa is also home to its own marina, which provides moorings for hundreds of boats of all sizes. The marina is equipped with all necessary facilities, including a fuel station, a repair shop, and a sailing school. It is also where we decided to build two of our new property developments: Neptuno and Poseidon. Santa Ponsa has a wide range of properties available from villas and apartments with sea views and mountain views alike. Overall, in our opinion, Santa Ponsa is an ideal location for first or second homes.
